Structure of UI Transformer Core:

U-lamination: The “U” part has two vertical legs connected by a horizontal section, forming a U-shape. This part allows for the winding of coils around the legs of the “U” and provides a continuous magnetic path.

I-lamination: The “I” part is a single vertical leg that connects to the U-lamination, completing the magnetic circuit.

Assembly: The U and I laminations are stacked together to form a closed magnetic circuit, allowing for efficient magnetic flux transfer between the primary and secondary windings.
